Cerberus was reconstructed by Rodix-81 after being found barely functional and severely damaged. He was taught the ways of righteousness and was endorsed by Rodix-81 to head the top secret NSEM New Sources of Energy Mission. Rodix-81 introduced Cerberus to the 3 life Engender Krystallium Spheres. It is through these Spheres in which knowledge and souls are transferred to a machine. The protection of all life and reconstruction and reprogramming of all remaining machines, robots and/or cyborgs was what both Rodix-81 and Cerberus main objective was.
Unfortunately, Cerberus wanted things a little different. After learning everything he could from Rodix-81 eliminating him would became Cerberus’ main objective. Before his defection he gained access to the chamber in which the Spheres where kept and managed to steal one. While attempting to flee Cerberus was wounded and the Sphere partially scarred, yet he still managed to escape. Cerberus gained alot of knowledge in his missions. After his departure Cerberus knew that he had to create something strong and powerful in order to protect him from any retaliation.
Cerberus performed a very delicate operation in which he would enhance his look and performance but also make the stolen Engender Krystallium Sphere apart of him. To do so he created Ichiro V who would become his protector. Through Ichiro V he was able to perform the ultimate surgical procedure fusing the Krystallium sphere into his brain. It took Cerberus a couple of years to re-emerge in his new form. This not only made Cerberus more powerful mentally but it also enhanced his ego.
