Rodix-81 is a surviving biocybernetic experiment designed to roam the world searching for any androids, cyborg’s or any other similar entities to rebuild them.
He was designed and created by the BBI – The Bureau of Bio-Cybernetic Intelligence. The Bureau was created by Dr. Cast who was one of the world’s leading scientists specializing in Bio-cybernetics among other things. Dr. Cast’s dreams of rebuilding the world must now live through Rodix-81 and who ever he finds along the way.
