Meet Rustybits… a Built Tough ‘MECHA-LUMBERJACK’ from Detroit. He’s been working in the logging industry for over 200 years. He began as a Log Loader specializing in the transport and harvesting of trees. Until one day he saw a birds nest lying on the ground next to a fallen tree. The sight of that just broke his fuel pressure regulator (his heart). So therefore a week into the job approximately 200 years ago he realized he had to make a change. No longer did he want to hurt nature by destroying trees. Instead he wanted to start planting them and protecting them. He specialized in the processing of all non-wood products derived from forest resources known as Non-timber forest products (NTFPs). These NTFPs proved useful as it supplies us with medicinal plants, oils, foliage, seeds, berries, nuts and forage a plant material used for grazing livestock. Rustybits is a gentle giant for nature lovers, and one tough dude to those who try to threaten nature.
